NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: Notice requirements of R.S. 10:4-18 for an "Annual Notice" has been satisfied by the publication of the required advertisement in the Asbury Park Press and the Messenger Press on January 11, 2007 posting the notice on the Board in the Upper Freehold Township Municipal Building and filing a copy of said notice with the Municipal Clerk.

WORKSHOP ITEMS:
FYI: Engineer’s Letter authorizing release of Maintenance Guarantee for New Canton Estates – A resolution will be prepared for the next regular meeting agenda provided there is no other concerns.
Open space/Recreation Plan: The Township’s Recreation Committee prepared a Needs Assessment; discuss new plan; obtain proposals.
Growth Share Ordinance: Distribute draft copy for review; this Ordinance is an option to be considered as a means by which to address the Township’s COAH obligation for affordable housing.
Speed Limits: Refer to previous memorandum requesting authorization to have Engineer’s recommendation for Ordinance to lower speed limit on Harvey Road.
