2. Adam Leonard-Minor subdivision with variance-public hearing

3. Rena Schultz, continuation of site plan presentation, carried from March 8, 2007 meeting with no further noticing; #06-19, Route 537.

4. JAC Rawland, LLC (Site Plan)-Order of Remand for the limited purpose of addressing stormwater runoff, water quality and threatened and endangered species; Block 35, Lot 4.02-Route 537.
