Hall and copies of the notice were published in the Messenger-Press and the Asbury Park Press indicating time and location changes.

1. Cottrell-Partial Final-Rues Road, #04-12, B15, L14.

2. Hidden Lakes II-Final; #04-3, B31, Lots 9&10 and portion of 6-Emleys Hill Road.

3. Old/New Business, correspondence, adoption of resolutions, refund of escrows-if applicable.

7:00 p.m.

4. Master Plan, Land Use Plan Element and Periodic Reexamination Report of Master Plan-Public Hearing and action may be taken to adopt same.

5. Executive session (if applicable); return to open session.

6. Adjourn meeting.
