Hall and copies of the notice were published in the Messenger-Press and the Asbury Park Press; the notice set forth the time and place of meeting.

Items for discussion or consideration:
1. Waiver of Site Plan request-Michael Gruosso & Antonio Mazza-38 Imlaystown Rd-Change of Use, requesting waiver of site plan.
2. Upper Freehold Regional School District-Site Plan Review for new Middle School, Block 44, Lot 13 (pursuant to NJS 40:55D-31A and NJS: 18-A-16, recommendatory).
3. Bernard Development, #04-6-Amended Preliminary-Public Hearing, Davis Station Road, B28, L8.
4. Discussion-site plan requirements as to facades and trees (to determine if additional guidelines needed) and land-use ordinances-recommendations.
5. Adoption of Resolutions (Feulner Estate, Adam Leonard, Maritone Const. and Dr. Sim), correspondence, refund of escrows, any other old or new business.
6. Executive Session, if applicable.
7. Brief public comments-- discretion of Chairman, time permitting.
8. Any additional business; Adjourn Meeting.
