Hall and copies of the notice were published in the Messenger-Press and the Asbury Park Press; the notice set forth the time and place of meeting.

1. Extension: J. Redmond Development, LLC, Final Ext.-Chambers Road, #01-8, Block 16.01, Lot 19.
2. Public Hearing-Song Wei Orchids (for construction of 36,362 sq. ft. greenhouse with associated improvements)-Major Site Plan, #07-14, Route 539.
3. Public Hearing-Yong Sim (for construction of storage facility with office/residence)-Major Site Plan-Route 539 & 537, #07-16.
4. Public Hearing-Revised (3/08) Stormwater Management Plan Element of the Master Plan(discussed at 4/10/08 meeting and electronically sent to Board members by Patrick Jeffery, CMX, on 4/11/08)
5. Old or New Business; correspondence; adoption of resolutions & refunds of escrow.
6. Executive Session, if applicable.
7. Brief public comments-- discretion of Chairman, time permitting.
