Hall and copies of the notice were published in the Messenger-Press and the Asbury Park Press; the notice set forth the time and place of meeting.

1. Extensions: A. 03-15-Feulner Estate (aka-JMF Properties/Sharon Station Investments)-Major, Sharon Station Road. B. Adam Leonard-Minor-#07-3, B16, lot 9.03.

2. Bernard Development-Amended Preliminary, (2 lots) #04-6, B28, L8-Public Hearing.

3. Maritone Construction-Public Hearing, #08-6, B38, Lots 5.03 & 5.06-Burlington Path (3 lots)

4. Recommendation of Land Use Ordinances to Township Committee (Fences/Height/Land Use)

5. Adoption of Resolutions, correspondence, Time-Line-ANJEC Grant, any other old or new business.

6. Executive Session, if applicable.

7. Brief public comments-- discretion of Chairman, time permitting.

8. Any additional business; Adjourn Meeting.

Note: Special joint meeting will be held with and at the request of the Township Committee regarding COAH (Council on Affordable Housing)—new regulations and amendments and proposed impact—Thursday, August 14, 2008-7 p.m.-Allentown High School Auditorium.
