Please come to the UFT Planning Board Meeting on March 24, 2009 at
7:00 pm. The UFT Open Space and Farmland Preservation Committee will
make a presentation and discuss the current draft of the Open Space and
Recreation Plan (OSRP). This is your opportunity
- to hear the update about the Open Space and Recreation Plan Element of
the Township's Masterplan for which the UFT Open Space and Farmland
Preservation Committee was awarded a grant by the Association of New
Jersey Environmental Commission (ANJEC);
- to learn about the impact of the proposed plan to provide guidance on
current and future acquisition, preservation and management of open
space and recreation areas in Upper Freehold Township;
- to provide your input on this document in line with the vision for
Upper Freehold Township's plan for appropriate open space, preservation,
conservation and active and passive recreation opportunities.
