Stephen S. Alexander, Esq. – Senior Trial Attorney with Frey, Petrakis, Deeb, Blum, & Murphy, P.C. in Cherry Hill. Steve is a Committeeman of Upper Freehold Township and acts as EDC Liaison. He also holds the rank of Lt. Colonel in the New Jersey National Guard.
Marc Buro – Vice President of Marketing and Distribution for the High Point Insurance Group of Companies. Marc is responsible for the management of agency production, direct sales, communications and advertising for the High Point Group of companies. He is experienced in mergers and acquisition and has successfully completed negotiations for seven insurance business acquisition transactions in the past several years. He served as a lead negotiator for Palisades Group’s acquisition of the Prudential Property Casualty Insurance Companies of NJ, which lead to the formation of High Point.
S. Perrine Dey, DMV – Lifetime Upper Freehold resident and practicing Equine Veterinarian for 45 years and farm owner for 40 years, Dr. Dey is currently serving as Chairman of the Upper Freehold Township Board of Health. He is also Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Horse Park of New Jersey.
Thomas P. Frascella, Esq. - Former Mayor of West Windsor Township from 1993-1997, and Councilman of same from 1997-1999. Tom is co-author of "Timed Growth Ordinance 1993", received three NJ Planning Association Achievement Awards for timed growth, community pool complex and retail park design. He coordinated West Windsor Township’s efforts in developing 2M sq. ft. of commercial space and an acquisition of 900 acres of open space.
Term expires 12/31/07Vincent Gelsomino – President and Founder of Baseline Service, Inc. Established in 1995, Baseline has grown to be the regions primary alternate source for laboratory instrumentation and services. Vince has a Bachelors degree in Science from Thomas Edison State College and has worked within the scientific community for the past 25 years.
Term expires 12/31/10Barbara Isaac – Founder of the Handicapped High Riders Club on Route 526 and Trustee of the Horse Park of New Jersey. Barbara is on the Upper Freehold Township/Allentown Drug Alliance, and holds membership in the Garden State Horse & Carriage Society, Horseback Riding for the handicapped of NJ, Equine Advisory Board and the Commission on Recreation for the Disabled. She is also a past Treasurer of Special Olympics of New Jersey.
Term expires 12/31/10Brent Munster – Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina. He is currently the Director of Business Development for IMX Medical Management Services, a regional provider of evidence-based medical evaluation services for the insurance industry. Previously Brent served as Regional Manager of Network Development for Concentra, Inc., the nations largest provider of healthcare cost containment services where he managed a corporate initiative project to help reduce contract expenses $2.1M.
Bryan Scheff – A small business owner with a background in sales and marketing. Bryan served as President of the Homeowner’s Association in his former community for seven years and is currently appointed to the Upper Freehold Township School District Task Force on facilities usage.
Term expires 12/31/07Debra Sopronyi – Secretary to the EDC and is currently employed by Upper Freehold Township as Purchasing Agent and Assistant to the Business Administrator. She holds a Registered Municipal Clerk Certification, Registered Public Purchasing Official Certification as well as the designation of Qualified Purchasing Agent in the State of New Jersey. Debra has worked in Municipal Government for over 10 years in Public Purchasing and Administrative/Managerial positions and is currently an Officer of the Government Purchasing Association of New Jersey. Prior to her Public employ, Debra served as an Executive Secretary/Office Manager in private industry.
