NJ Christian Academy, #08-13-Zoning Board to make determination (due to conflict-Zoning Officer) as to whether the proposed use is permitted (expansion of school-10,800 sq. ft. academic building with classrooms and multi-purpose space) or constitutes an expansion of non-conforming use requiring variance relief.

3. Old Business; New Business; Adoption of Resolutions and Refund of Escrows, if applicable; Correspondence; Executive Session, if applicable.
