Hall and copies of the notice were published in the Messenger-Press and the Asbury Park Press; the notice set forth the time and place of the meeting.

1. Approval of minutes- January 14, 20102. Public Hearing-Joyce and George Engle-Lot Line Change with variances; Route 537, 10-1; Block 56 lot 15.04 (15.01).
3. New and Old Business, Correspondence, adoption of resolutions (Tractor Supply and Cottrell), refund of escrow, if applicable.
4. Brief public comments, at the discretion of the Chair
5. Adjourn into Executive Session, as permitted by law (Attorney to read Resolution for), if applicable.
6. Adjourn back into open session; any other business; adjourn meeting.
