2010 ELECTION INFORMATION AND DATES |

Tuesday - April 13 - County Clerk must receive mailed applications for absentee ballots for school election by this date; any requests after this date must be made in person at the County Clerks Office....no later than 3 p.m. on the day prior to the election. Monday - April 19 - Last Day to file party declaration form to change political party affiliation for June Primary Election. Tuesday, April 20 - Annual School Board Elections Tuesday - May 18 - Last day for new voters (or those that have moved to register in order to be eligible to vote in the June Primary Election. Tuesday - June 8 - Primary Election Day - Polls open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday - August 9 - Ballot position drawing for November General Election Tuesday - October 12 - Last day to register to vote for November General Election Tuesday - October 26 - Last day to receive mail applications for absentee ballots for he November General Election Tuesday - November 2 - General Election Day Polls Open 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Voter Registration: You must register to vote by Monday, May 18 in order to be eligible to vote in the 2010 Primary on Tuesday, June 8, 2010.
Voter Registration Applications are available at the office of the Municipal Clerk, all Tax Offices, Motor Vehicle Offices. Also available on NJ Elections Web Site WWW.NJELECTIONS.ORG
