NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: Notice requirements of R.S. 10:4-18 for an "Annual Notice" has been satisfied by the publication of the required advertisement in the Asbury Park Press and the Messenger Press on January 22, 2009 posting the notice on the Board in the Upper Freehold Township Municipal Building and filing a copy of said notice with the Municipal Clerk.

Emley’s Hill Road Bridge U-7 at Lahaway Creek – Review letter from Township Engineer; County will be reconstructing bridge, recommendation to regarding utility easements. See attached letter and map.

Upper Freehold Regional School District – Designation of hazardous routes due to absence of sufficient sidewalk space for students to walk to school – Request for a consideration and approval – copy attached
