2. #06-9, Ming Chu Lai-Home Occupation/Conditional Use granted August, 2006-for review of her business activities (pursuant to resolution) and discuss proposed change.
3. Adoption of Resolutions; old/new business; refund of escrows (if applicable; correspondence; updates-status, Tractor Supply.
4. Brief public comments-discretion of the chair.
5. Adjourn into Executive Session, as permitted by law (Attorney to read Resolution for), if applicable.
6. Adjourn back into open session; adjourn meeting
