Hall and copies of the notice were published in the Messenger-Press and the Asbury Park Press; the notice set forth the time and place of the meeting.

1. Reorganization Meeting, 2009: Appointments

*Oaths of Office

*Chairman

*Vice-Chairman

*Secretary/Land Use Administrator (Resolution)

*Assistant Secretary

*Professionals (Engineer, Planner and Attorney & Conflict Eng. & Atty)

*Meeting Dates (Resolution)

Any other reorganization appointments or business as required.

Regular Meeting:

1. Approval of minutes-November 25, 2008 and December 11, 2008

2. Extension-Cottrell Preliminary Subdivision, Rues Road, #04-12-rec’d approval 1/12/06.

3. New and Old Business, House of Worship Definition Discussion, Correspondence, adoption of resolutions, refund of escrow, if applicable.

4. Brief public comments, at the discretion of the Chair

5. Adjourn into Executive Session, as permitted by law (Attorney to read Resolution for), if applicable.

6. Adjourn back into open session.
