NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: Notice requirements of R.S. 10:4-18 for an "Annual Notice" has been satisfied by the publication of the required advertisement in the Asbury Park Press and the Messenger Press on January 22, 2009 posting the notice on the Board in the Upper Freehold Township Municipal Building and filing a copy of said notice with the Municipal Clerk.

NJ DEP – Notification that the FY2010 Annual Fee Report and Assessment Fees for NJPDES Permit Program is available at www.nj.gov/dep/dwq/njpdesfees.html Public comment period will be on December 17, 2009 and PU Thursday, December 17th at 2 p.m. Trenton.

Land Use Notices: - Other Municipalities

North Hanover – Three Land Use Ordinances – Amendments – Public Hearing

December 3, 2009

2009-17 Amends Subdivision and Site Plan Ordinance. Adds new section regarding Planned Unit Residential Developments; Provides examples of how clustering can be obtained, includes standards for preserving portion of the land as farmland, and use of separate parcels.

2009-18 Zoning Amendment Eliminates 7 or 13 present zoning districts.

2009-19 Amends Zoning Ordinance as follows:

o Adds new definitions and conditional uses for PURD’s.

o Downzones the RA zone to 25 acre minimum if not in PURD, establishes new grandfather clause, and allows those with individual lots under the 25 acres to build without a variance provided bulk requirements are met.

o Establishes bulk regulations and uses for developed and preserved portions of PURD,

o Added certain Conditional Uses in PURD
