1. TSC Tractor Supply-Minor Subdivision and Major Site Plan-Public Hearing, #08-14, B22.01, L1.02-Route 524 & Imlaystown-Hightstown Road (carried from 4/28/09 meeting with no further noticing)
2. Public Hearing-Open Space and Recreation Plan Element of the Master Plan.
3. New and Old Business (Scenic by-ways and Panhandle update), Correspondence, adoption of resolutions, refund of escrows, if applicable.
4. Brief public comments, at the discretion of the Chair
5. Adjourn into Executive Session, as permitted by law (Attorney to read Resolution for), if applicable.
6. Adjourn back into open session; adjourn meeting
