1. Yong S. Sim-Self Storage Facility, #07-16; block 35, Lot 12-Route 539 & 537; final major site plan.

2. Adoption of Resolutions-if applicable; old/new business; refund of escrows (if applicable); correspondence.

3. Brief public comments-discretion of the chair.

4. Adjourn into Executive Session, as permitted by law (Attorney to read Resolution for), if applicable.
