1. Revised final draft-4/09 of the Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP)—This (OSRP) Plan update is being provided through a grant provided by the Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions (ANJEC)-Brief presentation.

2. "Sustainable Jersey" presentation

3. TKC Land Tractor Supply-Minor Subdivision and Major Site Plan-Public Hearing, #08-14, B22.01, L1.02-Route 524 & Imlaystown-Hightstown Road.

5. Brief public comments, at the discretion of the Chair

6. Adjourn into Executive Session, as permitted by law (Attorney to read Resolution for), if applicable.

7. Adjourn back into open session; adjourn meeting
