Hall and copies of the notice were published in the Messenger-Press and the Asbury Park Press; the notice set forth the time and place of the meeting.

. Presentation by the Upper Freehold Township Open Space and Farmland Preservation Committee to discuss the current draft (provided by Banisch Associates) of the Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP).

This (OSRP) Plan update is being provided through a grant provided by the Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions (ANJEC)

. Any other Discussion

2. New and Old Business, Correspondence, adoption of resolutions, refund of escrow, if applicable.

3. Brief public comments, at the discretion of the Chair

4. Adjourn into Executive Session, as permitted by law (Attorney to read Resolution for), if applicable.

5. Adjourn back into open session.
