Compliance Statement: In compliance with open public meetings act, adequate notice of this meeting was forwarded to the Municipal Clerk, a copy of the notice was posted on the bulletin board in Twp. Hall and copies of the notice were published in the Messenger-Press and the Asbury Park Press; the notice set forth the time and place of meeting.
Items for discussion or consideration:
1. Minutes for Approval: January 10, 2008
2. Extension of Minor Subdivision-Richard and Judy Stern, Emley’s Hill Road, #06-17.
3. General Planning Board Discussion and application submittal procedures; Chairman would like to discuss what members believe are the most important items that the board faces this year and comments as to what the most important issues were that were addressed last year.
4. Old or New Business; adoption of Resolutions; Correspondence.
5. Brief public comments, time permitting, at the discretion of the chair.
6. Executive session to discuss matters as permitted by law.
7. Adjourn back into open session; any other business. Adjourn Meeting.
